Shaping Digitalization through Digital Learning
The success of Digitalization projects is strongly determined by a joint understanding of requirements and solutions amongst developers, integration partners, and customers. Initiating continuous learning for all stakeholders is therefore a key challenge for solution providers in the hardware and software sector. Our mission is to design and implement suitable educational programs and to provide the corresponding digital learning infrastructure. Our production procedures and formats are designed to keep pace with the dynamics of the IT industry by integrating new product features and innovative services of our clients into the respective educational programs with the shortest possible lead times. At the same time, we anticipate the international roll-out of the respective educational programs from the very beginning providing the best possible support during the establishment of efficient service networks.

Developing and implementing vivid educational programs
Our core activity is developing vivid live online trainings, especially in the IT and communication area. Our infrastructure enables hands-on training sessions in which learners have remote access to the trained hardware and software solutions. These trainings can be complemented with additional elements, such as pre-produced video tutorials, e-learning modules or individual support and coaching services. This creates multifaceted learning spaces with seamless links to meet project requirements and learning needs in the best possible way.

Markus Endres
Managing Director
About Markus: In 1989 Markus Endres founded wilkon. A strong customer focus and quality commitment are the cornerstones of his business philosophy. Spinning off wilkon.academy in 2013 was a further step within the company's development. Markus Endres completed his technical training as a telecommunications technician at SIEMENS AG. Based on this, he focused more intensively on security systems since 2003. In 2014, he acquired the authorization to instruct as an electronics technician. Among other things, he has focused on fire protection and mechanical safety within the field of safety engineering. He has been certified as a fire protection officer in accordance with DGUV Information 205-003 and VdS 3111 and as a specialist for smoke detectors in accordance with DIN 14676. He successfully passed the examination for the granting of the authorization to practice in accordance with §7a HwO for the metalworking trade, limited to the installation of security devices, at the Metal Guild Munich-Freising-Erding. In addition, he dealt intensively with solutions in the field of alarm technology (ABUS, Jablotron, Telenot).
Simon Pannarale

About Simon: After completing a teaching training program, Simon Pannarale worked for eight years as a scientific research assistant in the field of e-learning at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Passau and conducted numerous courses in the field of e-learning at the universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Passau. In parallel to his job, he completed the master's program 'Educational Media' at the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2008 and the master's program 'Business Administration and Management' at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in 2022. In addition, Simon Pannarale worked as a freelance language and IT trainer for private training institutions and the community college of Nuremberg. Since 2009 he is responsible at wilkon for the developement of wilkon.academy. Simon Pannarale is an AXIS Certified Professional, earned the Mikrotik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA), Mikrotik Certified Wireless Engineer (MTCWE) and User Management Engineer (MTCUME) certifications in 2017. He is a Synology certified trainer (DSM v7, Backup v1, Surveillance v9, Collaboration v9). He has been involved in the technical implementation of video surveillance projects (including several REWE supermarkets and automotive projects). Simon Pannarale has already participated in information events organized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Middle Franconia and the Chamber of Crafts for Middle Franconia.


Hans Georg Schmid

About Hans: Hans Georg Schmid graduated as a political scientist in 2002. Since then, he has held various positions as a scientific research assistant, including positions at the Universities of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Cologne. He has also worked in public relations for political organizations and politicians. In addition, Hans Georg Schmid has worked for many years as a trainer and coach in continuing education. In our software trainings, he contributes his many years of experience in the LINUX environment. Since 2012, he has been responsible for quality management at wilkon, among other things, and he is involved in the further expansion of the wilkon.academy.
Annabella Pannarale-Endres
Accounting / Finance / HR
About Annabella: After completing her commercial training, Annabella Pannarale-Endres worked in tax firms for several years, deepening her knowledge of tax law and labor law. She deepened her knowledge with a degree in business administration ('VWA'). She joined wilkon in 1997. Among other things, she is responsible for the HR department. As an experienced HR manager, she now passes on her expertise gained in countless job interviews during workshops for young executives.
