1. What is personal data?
All information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person is considered personal data.
2. Collecting, processing and using personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store access data without personal reference, such as the name of your internet service provider, the page from which you visit us, or the name of the requested file. These data are evaluated solely to improve our offer and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us, for example:

When opening a customer account, the data voluntarily provided by you will be permanently stored beyond the processing of individual orders, so that you do not have to enter this information again for subsequent orders and can conveniently log in to our shop system with your username and password. By subscribing to the newsletter, your email address will be used for our own advertising purposes with your consent. You have the opportunity to change your information at any time.
3. Data protection
Your personal data is encrypted during the order process using https and transmitted over the internet. Credit card data is not stored but collected and processed directly by our payment service provider PayPal. You should treat your access information as confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you are using the computer with others.

g) Right to Object You have the right to object to the use of your data for internal purposes in the future. To do this, simply send an email to datenschutz@wilkon.de. However, such a revocation does not affect the legality of processing operations carried out by us up to that point. The processing of data based on other legal bases, such as contract initiation (see above), remains unaffected.
5. Cancellation of newsletter subscriptions
By completing the registration for the newsletter (providing your email address and name, and selecting the corresponding subscriptions), you confirm that you wish to receive regular interesting offers and product information by email. The email address you provided for the newsletter will not be shared with third-party companies.
